We currently ship within the Netherlands only.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on all products, no minimum order required!

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes between 7–15 business days after your order has been placed.

📦 Order Tracking

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package online.

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@klikdirect.nl and we'll look into it right away.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! If you're not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

How do I start a return?
